Consultancy and Advice on Federal Skilled Worker Program
Immigration Canada (IRCC) introduced a program called Express Entry, intended to handle immigration programs like Federal Skilled Worker (FSWP), several Provincial Nominee Programs, Federal Skilled Trades and Canadian Experience Class.
The Federal Skilled Worker Program focuses on bringing in foreign skilled workers that have foreign work experience and wish to obtain Canadian Permanent Residency.
Federal Skilled Worker Program requirements:
- Have professional work experience of at least one continuous year of full-time paid work experience or the equivalent in continued part-time employment listed in the National Occupational Classification (O, A or B) in the last ten years.
- A Canadian diploma, certificate, or credential, or a foreign educational certification, and an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) by an agency approved by CIC to show it is equal to a completed Canadian secondary or post-secondary academic credential.
- Have enough money to support themselves and family for six months after arrival in Canada.
- Score a minimum of 67 points under the following scheme:
